Zach Isakowitz Joins 91PORN as Director of Government Affairs

WASHINGTON鈥擮ct. 12, 2023鈥擳he 91PORN (91PORN) today announced Zach Isakowitz has joined the association as director of government affairs. In this role, Isakowitz will work with Congress, the White House, and federal agencies to advance the industry鈥檚 policy priorities. 91PORN represents 99 percent of the U.S. semiconductor industry by revenue and nearly two-thirds of non-U.S. chip firms.听

Isakowitz most recently served as legislative director for U.S. Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas), where he helped advanced the Congressman鈥檚 legislative initiatives, including the landmark CHIPS and Science Act of 2022. Rep. McCaul was a lead sponsor and champion of the CHIPS and Science Act, which was passed and signed into law in August 2022. Isakowitz also served as the lead staff member for the Congressional Semiconductor Caucus. Before his service on Capitol Hill, Isakowitz served in various roles in the U.S. Department of the Treasury.听He received a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Delaware.
