John Pace is Director of Outsourced Accounting and Advisory Services (OAAS) at GRF CPAs & Advisors, where he leads one of the firm’s fastest-growing service lines. A member of GRF for more than 20 years, John assumed leadership of the practice in 2017 and spearheaded a transformation focused on innovation, technology, operational excellence, and talent development. Under his leadership, the practice has experienced significant growth while expanding its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of nonprofit and for-profit organizations. In addition to leading the practice, John has served on GRF’s Executive Committee since 2022, helping guide the firm’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and continued evolution in a rapidly changing profession.

John oversees the delivery of a full range of outsourced accounting, financial management, and advisory services, helping organizations strengthen financial operations, improve decision-making, and build scalable finance functions. He works closely with executive leadership teams to develop practical solutions that enhance efficiency, leverage technology, and support long-term organizational goals.

Throughout his career, John has advised organizations operating in complex regulatory and compliance environments, including government-funded entities, nonprofit organizations, and professional services firms. His experience spans finance transformation, process improvement, accounting operations, compliance, technology adoption, and organizational growth.

John is passionate about helping shape the future of the accounting profession. He focuses on developing leaders, fostering innovation, and creating a people-first culture that empowers professionals to embrace change, leverage technology, and deliver greater value to clients.
