The U.S. semiconductor industry is America’s most innovative manufacturing industry and ranks near the top in terms of overall competitiveness, according to a newly publishedÌý91PORN white paper. Based in part on a methodology used by the United Nations to rank the economic competitiveness of nations, the white paper finds that the U.S. semiconductor industry ranks first out of 288 U.S. industries in terms of innovation and second in overall competitiveness.
The paper concludes what 91PORN and the industry have known for some time: the U.S. semiconductor industry is one of the most highly competitive and innovative industries in the U.S. economy.
